國民黨將在今天(17號)的中常會中，通過核備立法院副院長洪秀柱參選總統的提名案，全案雖然還要送7月19號的全代會通過，才算正式定案，不過，在洪秀柱以46%的高分，通過黨內「防磚民調」後，大勢已成定局，洪秀柱可望順利獲得國民黨提名，讓2016年總統大選成為兩個女人的選戰。在獲得提名後，洪秀柱也將展開「請益之旅」，向黨內天王大老請益，第一個就要向立法院長王金平請益，兩人預計會在明天會面。
在通過「防磚民調」後，洪秀柱曾在副院長官邸和黨主席朱立倫會面，也曾藉著參加府內黨政小組會議的機會，和馬總統會面。洪秀柱表示，拜會王金平除了爭取認同支持，也要向王金平請教輔選經驗。洪秀柱強調，王金平院長在中南部有一定影響力，一定要爭取支持，才能得到幫助。
